The item has not arrived. I’ve contacted customer support who assured me the problem was addressed and the package would be delivered. I’ve contacted fedex as well with no solution reached. I have requested them to hold the package and I received a notification it was being sent back but the next day it was attempted delivery. It’s a frustrating and difficult process with no resolution and no guarantee that the package is going to be delivered.

We did a tasting at the distillery during a trip that took us through Key West. Very impressed, especially with blonde. Never had a blonde or blanco taste good as a sipping drink. This one is fantastic. Special Dark and Sherry Cask are also excellent. Ordered up the Trifecta when we got home. Had some friends over when it arrived and it was unanimous, 5 stars all around. The price is the icing on the cake. Will be ordering more as these likely are lasting long.

I fell in love with these rums during a visit to Key West, and can't get them locally without ordering online. They are truly some of my favorite rums on the market right now. Sampling the trifecta together is really interesting. While each presents with a complex and sweet flavor profile, the variations provide very different tasting experiences. The Blonde is bright, the Dark is deep and rich, and the Sherry Cask adds spice notes to the Dark. I'll drink any of them neat or on the rocks, with a splash of lime if I want to mix it up. Shipping & packaging is excellent to keep the babies safe during transit, by the way. I have ordered these several times now. Each time they come in a box filled with biodegradable packing peanits and individial inflated sleeves. No problems with breakage or delivery.
Excellent rums!
I have been a rum consumer for a number of years usually preferring rums from the Caribbean; from places like Barbados, Jamaica, Haiti and Guatemala. The dark or amber rums with deep flavor provide a pleasant drinking experience. Pilar from Key West embodies some of the best characteristics of those fine rums and has won my heart!
