I have been purchasing Pap's Pilar Rum since it was introduced! When they released the Sherry Cash Finished product, I was onboard with it immediately! The increased smoothness of the Rum, the color, and the "nose" is amazing! Now when I entertain, our guests always ask...Is the Pilar Sherry coming out after dinned? In my house, it is always served with only one thing...one ice cube! Enjoy!
