I find Papa's dark rum more flavorful than any other I've tried. I like it with ginger beer and lime (Dark and Stormy) or Coke and lime (Cuba Libre), and it makes a sweeter, better-tasting White Russian than vodka.

Very unique taste. Usually drink bourbon, decided to give Pilar a shot. Very pleasant. I think I will enjoy it even more in the summer months on the rocks. Will try another Pilar Rum
