Papa's Old Cuban
Ingredients
2 oz Papa's Pilar® Dark Rum
.75 oz fresh Lime juice
.75 oz Simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
6-8 Mint leaves, gently muddled
Directions
Shake and fine strain into a coupe glass then top with 2 oz champagne.

Hemingway Daiquiri
Ingredients
1.5 oz Papa's Pilar® Blonde Rum
.75 oz fresh Lime juice
.5 oz fresh Grapefruit juice
1 tsp Maraschino liqueur
1 tsp Sugar (Papa went without)
Directions
Combine all ingredients & shake; strain pour into a coupe glass and garnish with lime wheel.

Papa's Sherry Old Fashioned
Ingredients
2 oz Papa's Pilar® Sherry-Finished Rum
1/2 tsp Demerara or Turbinado
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Splash Soda water
Orange peel
1 large ice Sphere or cube
Directions
Build in Old Fashioned glass; muddle ingredients. Add rum with large ice. Spritz with orange peel and rim the glass. Garnish with orange peel.

Marquesas Manhattan
Ingredients
2 oz Papa's Pilar® Marquesas Blend, Rum Finished in Whiskey Barrels
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel garnish
Directions
Build in shaker; strain neat. Use an orange peel to rim the glass and use as a garnish. Serve in a rocks glass.

Papa's Storm
Ingredients
1.5 oz Papa's Pilar® Dark Rum
3 oz. Ginger Beer
.75 oz fresh Lime juice
3 dashes of Angostura bitter
Directions
Build cocktail over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Papa's Rum Swizzle
Ingredients
2 oz Papa's Pilar® Blonde Rum
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
Directions
Fill a highball glass with ingredients and crushed ice, add a splash of soda, 4 dashes Angostura bitters and garnish with mint and swizzle.

Papa's Haymaker
Ingredients
1.5 oz Papa’s Pilar® Dark Rum
2 oz mango-pineapple juice
0.5 oz Honey
Top with Ginger Beer
Directions
Build cocktail over ice and serve in either a rocks or highball glass.

Ingredients

4 oz. Coconut Water
Splash of Pineapple juice
Directions
